chris was able to put the camera program on my computer! yay! so i have pictures today!

what evelyn thinks

last night as i was falling asleep i thought that today would be a good day to do a small interview with evelyn about her thoughts on thanksgiving.

just a few simple questions.

i need to interview her more often. she is a silly girl and makes me laugh with some of the things that come out of her mouth.

fun phone surprises

evelyn likes to play games on my phone.

i trust her with it so i usually let her play with it unsupervised while i'm cleaning or something else around the house.

i love getting my phone back and see all the fun things she's done with it.

there are like 50 recordings of her singing her made up songs, they are the sweetest little things and she is so proud of them. makes me smile.

this time around she made some videos and took a few pics.

they just crack me up! i'll share a few with you. :)

Segway

so brian and jess have one of those segway things. 

i didn't want to try it but i thought what the hey, why not.

so i tried. i stunk. it was funny.

kevin was instructing us on what to expect. he said that the first time people get on they usually get what he calls tourettes. just shake uncontrollably because you can't get your balance.

yes i was slow, but oh well. i can say i was on one.

chris got the shakes bad the first time, i wasn't filming yet...dang!

this is what i got though.

 

weeding weekend

this past weekend i was able to go with my husband to a wedding in Oceanside, CA.

thankfully my parents were able to watch the two rugrats so we could go. :)

i was hoping for a picture overload for you BUT my husband had the camera most of the time and didn't take many pictures. He did take a few too many of these big guys though.

i only uploaded these 2, there were a few more. He is pretty obsessed with these puppies.  You'd think three great danes in a house would be too much but they are so sweet and well behaved.

Any who, so like a said we were there for a wedding.  It was for my husbands friend Brian and his lovely wife Jessica.


It was a beautiful weekend and a beautiful wedding.  The weather was kind of on the cold side though. We were planning on going to the beach but for me it was just too cold, but i tried to embrace the cold knowing when i got home it would be super hot.

i did miss my girls a lot though. i started treating the puppies as my children: following them around, making sure they weren't getting into anything. it was fun.


thank you to Brian and Jessica for letting us stay at your house.  thank you to my parents for watching the girls they had so much fun they have been telling me all the things they did with you guys.

we'll actually be back in oceanside the weekend after next for a week with my family. we can't wait to go back. i'll keep the camera next time and have more pictures to share. :)

so yesterday was my sister Kim AND sister-in-law Amy's Birthday!
i hope they both had a super awesome amazing birthday!!
Kim turned the flirty age of 30 and Amy turned a sassy 24!



something totally exciting happened yesterday for my sister Kim and my brother in law Max.


They went to Let's make a deal in November and their episode aired yesterday!! uhhhhh so cool on her birthday!!

oh and yeah they were picked too!

livin in a big ol' city. anyone know that song? yes, Taylor swift! i just have it in my head cause i was just thinking about how my little nephew rig sings it pretty darn good(there is a video and i'll have to find it!) and so does my niece Hanna. who sang it for me the other day while we were driving around, she told me it was her favorite song ever, too funny.

any who, Taylor swift brings me to Ellen. you know cause they are like bff's.  i think i've mentioned a few times on here how much i just love Ellen and her show. any who, i love YouTube and i was browsing and i came across this video.
