we be doing

why hello there.

these are a few things we've been up to.

......

hahaha yeah not much. just being around the house. try to keep sane and have some fun while doing that.

the most exciting thing that happened was on Sunday this little guy was blessed at church. it was a very sweet, wonderful blessing given to him by his daddy.

 

the vest he is wearing was his daddy's when he was a little guy. so glad it fit so he could wear it.

did i mention this little guy is now 2months old!

yikes time sure does fly by.

 



it was great to have family there.

Time sure does fly when you aren't getting enough sleep.

 

I had a little too much fun today dressing him up and taking pictures.  Not great pictures, but the subject in them is adorable so it makes them okay and i ordered some birth announcement cards too.

 

 

On a different note.

Amelia is officially potty trained.

yay for big sister and only having one kid in diapers.

 

Things are going good.

the girls are acting out more now though and i'm hoping they will stop soon cause they are driving me crazy.

but other than that, things are good.

 

 

Another note.

my birthday is sunday.

i'll be 26

yeah im an oldie

kidding, not old yet

i'm hoping to be able to get out of the house and do something,

but might be hard to do this year.

maybe i'll celebrate in a month or so.

giving up life for a newborn.

ah motherhood. :)

santa clause is coming to town

i totally forgot about seeing santa this year.

 

we went last friday.

yeah that was a pretty busy day.

 

the girls were so excited

they couldn't wait to see him

 

until it was our turn.

at least for amelia.

 

its almost our turn! mia was dancing on the floor and evelyn was hugging the nutcracker (slightly inappropriate and hilarious)

 then this happened.

not a big fan this year. hahaha.

 

evelyn asked santa for a reindeer toy for christmas.

any idea where santa might find one of those??

 

mia just cried in his face.

 

I'll be spending these last few days before baking.

cookies and cinnamon rolls.

wish me luck.

oh hi there

yeah hi. remember me. the girl that disappeared for a week with no trace of her what so ever.

sorry about that. the week just flew by it was crazy, but crazy fun. :)

so here is a little update for ya.
highlights from our thanksgiving

• yummy food
• laughing
• kick ball (ps. i would not recommend playing while 26weeks pregnant, but i never take my own advice. i was tired and sore but it was so fun!)
• competitive family members
• great deserts
• having fun with family.

i love my family! 

 i was in charge of making potatoes for the feast.

note to self: my range is too tiny for three pots

and 20lbs is too many.

 put of the tree the day after thanksgiving

we have the grown up tree and the kid tree.

they've been having a great time decorating it everyday, over and over and over again.

oh Christmas tree.

 yesterday was my nephew rigden's 3rd birthday!

he invited us to celebrate his big day at bounce u.

the girls had so much fun and they were wiped out when we got home.

they could barely stay awake to eat their dinner.

 

 

see i haven't gone missing. this weeks is going to be another doozy. evelyn is recovering from a mad cold, making ornaments, and getting everything ready for my sisters baby shower this saturday. woot.

 

oh and my little amelia will be THREE next monday! so many fun things happening!

 

I really hope y'all had an amazing thankgiving and make it the best day and week ever!

 



 

 

preschool party

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!

yesterday was a fun morning. Evelyn had her preschool halloween party.

the three of us (evelyn, amelia, and myself) dressed up and went to party.

evelyn is so excited to be a cat this year. yeah thats right she totally changed her mind on the whole spongebob thing and wanted to be a cat. i wouldn't be surprised if she ended up being a cat for many halloweens. she's been a little cat crazy as of late.

anywho.

i was one of two moms that dressed up. i'd say there were at least 15 moms there with the kids oh and a few dads there too. hahaha. it was fun. people kept looking at me, i wonder why? hmmm.

 sweet mia, she wouldn't wear a brown wig. oh well still cute.

 

 her whiskers and nose were gone by the end of the party.

thats what we call those.



 they did a little parade around the yard.

i went to lunch with of couple of my friends. Brooke and Deena. We don't get together often but it's always so much fun!

we ate at California Pizza Kitchen. it was DEVINE! y'all know how much i'm loving pizza right now. yeah loved it! i started out with this avocado chip appetizer thing.  it was good, but the corn in it was a bit too sweet but still tasty.

 

i got the Works pizza, oh my heavenly.



 

 

Saturday:

 

i invited my SIL Amy to a little demonstration of this new Graco Car seat. it's actually pretty flipping amazing, but cha-ching a bit of a chunk of change, but in the long run worth the price i think since the kid would use the seat all the way till 2 years old.

 

the best part they were giving one away! guess who won that bad boy!

 

yep my SIL totally got herself a sick new car seat! So flippin excited for her!! YAY AMY!!

 

 



After all that awesome winning.

 

I took Evelyn and her kitty cat to my cousin Sarah's wedding that night.

 

Evelyn was so excited to go to her first wedding and the whole time kept telling me that she wished she could be married. I told her not till she is at least 18. she was sad it is so far away. cutie!

 

anywho the kitty cat. it was her plus one guest. she had so much fun taking pictures of her cat at the wedding. i let her take the pics and have a good time and i have about 15 cat pics on my phone, plus a few videos too.
